Charles Meade’s high-school ex is making his life more complicated…

November 30, 2011

The Secret Circle’s Charles Meade doesn’t seem to have the best luck in the world when it comes to the women in his life. Next there’s Charles’ formidable mother Kate who is about to show up in episode ten, verbally slap her son around and lock horns with Dawn.

And as if that’s not enough, EW reports that Charles’ high-school ex is headed to Chance Harbor too. (Maybe she heard about it being Home of the Hunk or something? Seriously, they should start a bus tour.)

According to the report, the show is currently casting for the role of Lauren, a haunted woman with a dark strength lurking behind her timid surface. Oh and she doesn’t like Charles’ Mom either, natch!

Lucy, who we’ll first meet in episode 113, is a psychic with ties not only to Cassie’s slain mother, Amelia… but also to her mysterious dark magic father, John Blackwell.

In the mid-season finale, we learned that Blackwell may have fathered another member of the Circle, so hopefully Lucy will be able to shed some light on the subject.
